Mark Francen
Mark Francen is responsible for Product Development at FutureRx with more than 25 years of managed care and technology leadership roles at some of the country's highest rated health plans. Prior to joining FutureRx, Mark held leadership positions including RemedyOne (rebate aggregator and formulary management) and MedHOK, where Mark spent 6 years designing the product and working with national and regional health plans to achieve their quality, compliance and efficiency goals. Mark’s service and strategic oriented leadership combined with his passion for increasing client and member satisfaction has led to a history of improving satisfaction while increasing efficiency.
Eric Grossman
Eric is the Chief Commercial Officer at FutureRx and spent his entire career innovating health care including leadership roles in strategy, sales, product management, and corporate business development activities. Prior to joining FutureRX, Eric was the Chief Commercial Officer of Softheon. Softheon acquired NextHealth in 2021, where Eric was CEO and founder. NextHealth is market leading analytics platform helping health plans measure and optimize clinical interventions for over 25M Americans. Eric worked with TriZetto and led their Consumerism and Analytics business unit. Eric was the CEO and founder of Connecture, a publicly traded CRM software company. Eric also worked as the Chief of Staff for the Vice Chairman and was a Manager for Ernst and Young in their strategy group. Eric lives in Denver and is active sports enthusiast often found on the ski slopes with his family.
Salome Isbell
Salome Isbell is the Chief Financial Officer at FutureRx and a highly accomplished, senior financial and operations management executive with over 25 years of experience providing operational and financial leadership as well as establishing and executing strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining FutureRx, Salome has held CFO roles with various healthcare IT companies, including MedHOK. Salome has extensive experience in M&A activities and operations in technology and SaaS software service companies.

Alin Shah is responsible for technology with more than 14 years of experience in building high quality software products and leading engineers and developers to deliver the most complex and robust solutions. Alin is committed to conceptualizing, building and maintaining innovative solutions and architecture that focus on improving efficiency and automation while always prioritizing data integrity and security.
Amber Connelly
Amber Connelly is Director of Pharmacy Products at FutureRx. She is a pharmacist by formal training and has more than 7 years of experience in medication therapy management (MTM), clinical pharmacy and coaching teams to success. Before joining FutureRx, Amber oversaw the development and expansion of a closed-system MTM program at Geisinger Health System, she was Director of MTM Graduate Programs at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and has served thousands of patients via telephonic MTM services. Amber remains committed to lifelong learning and personal development. She is best known by her colleagues for her “can do” attitude, and strong work ethic. Amber is a self-starter and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations move forward.
